1. How Our Shipping Works
Lotta Custom is a print-on-demand store. This means every order is custom-produced after you place it — we do not hold pre-made inventory. Your order goes through two stages before it reaches you:
1. Production — Your item is printed, inspected, and packaged at our fulfillment facility.
2. Shipping — Your completed order is handed off to the carrier and delivered to your door.
The total delivery time is always the sum of both stages. Please account for both when estimating your arrival date.
2. Production Time (Handling Time)
● Standard production time: 2–7 business days from the date of order confirmation
● During peak seasons (November–December and major sales events), production may take up to 10 business days
● Production occurs Monday–Friday only — weekends and US public holidays are excluded from production time
● You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the production facility
3. Shipping Times by Region
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched from the production facility. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time. Example: A US order placed on Monday may be produced by Wednesday and delivered the following week.
4. Shipping Rates
● Standard Shipping (US): Flat rate $4.99 — FREE on orders over $75.00
● Expedited Shipping (US): Available at checkout — rates calculated based on package weight and destination
● International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight
● Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is lost in transit or arrives damaged
5. Order Tracking
● A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order ships
● Track your order via the carrier's website or through the Shop app
● Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your tracking number is issued — this is normal
● If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at Customlot@yahoo.com
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes — International Orders
● Lotta Custom ships from production facilities located in the United States and Europe (Lithuania)
● International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by your country's customs authority
● These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates
● We are not able to predict or control customs fees — please contact your local customs office for guidance before ordering
● Orders shipped from our EU facility to EU customers are fully VAT-compliant

Note: Refusal to pay customs duties that results in a returned or abandoned package does not qualify for a refund of the original order or shipping cost. |
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Haven't Received Your Package:
3. Allow 2 additional business days — packages are sometimes delivered early or left with a neighbor or building office
4. If still missing after 2 days, contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number to open a trace
5. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact Customlot@yahoo.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date — we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund

Porch Piracy: Lotta Custom is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend selecting signature-required shipping at checkout for high-value orders. |
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
● Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order
● If you notice an address error, email Customlot@yahoo.com immediately — within 12 hours of ordering
● Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made
● Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be reshipped at the customer's expense
