1. Order Processing Time

At Lotta Custom, every order is handled with care to ensure accuracy and top-quality results. Please allow 2–10 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days notifying you that your package is on the way.

During checkout, simply enter your shipping address and select your preferred delivery option. After choosing the shipping method, click “Continue to Shipping” to view the available rates and estimated delivery timelines. Our goal is to make the process clear, simple, and stress-free.


2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options across the United States. All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the details of your order. The shipping cost shown at checkout reflects the most accurate rate available.

Package Size & Weight

Shipping carriers determine pricing based on dimensional weight, which means both the size and weight of your package matter. Large but lightweight packages may cost more due to the space they take up in delivery vehicles. This ensures fair pricing across all package types.

Shipping Rates

  • Weight-based shipping: Prices are determined by the weight of the package. A small package weighing between 1–5 lbs may start around $4.90, with rates increasing for heavier shipments.

  • Carrier-calculated rates: We use real-time pricing from carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shopify Shipping provides discounted rates, which often cost less than standard carrier prices.

  • Example: A 2 lb package may cost approximately $3 to ship within the U.S. using USPS Ground Advantage.

Handling Fees

Handling costs cover packing materials and the time required to prepare your order. These fees are calculated as follows:
(Minutes spent packaging / 60) × hourly labor rate
For example, if packaging requires 5 minutes and the worker’s hourly rate is $12, the handling fee would be $1. These charges help us maintain quality, safety, and efficiency in the packaging process.


3. International Shipping Details

Lotta Custom proudly ships internationally to over 27 regions. If international delivery is available in your area, shipping charges will automatically appear at checkout using calculated rates from our partnered carriers.

Please note:

  • Not all regions are currently eligible for international delivery.

  • Your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT once the package arrives in your country.

  • These charges are not covered by Lotta Custom and are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your local customs guidelines to avoid unexpected fees. All international shipping timelines may vary due to customs inspections or regional requirements.


4. Damaged, Lost, or Shipping Issues
